Mitzvah Day Walk4Life

CTE Social Action Committee Making A Difference:  What a beautiful day!  The Mitzvah Day Walk4Life held at Pier Village and the mini-walkathon for our Religious School students were a wonderful success!  Thanks to all of you who participated by walking or by way of donation, Congregation Torat El raised over $575 for the Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation.  Yasher Koach!

You can still donate by logging on to   www.giftoflife.org/walk4life; clicking on ‘register’, typing in Team Chai, and then clicking on ‘Make a Gift’.  We are also pleased to report that our food drive which was held during the High Holy Days took 6 truck loads to get the over 300 bags of food over to Jewish Family and Children’s Service!!  Yasher Koach!
